HP Pavilion 570-p0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 SDHD cards - one is a 4GB Class 4 & the other is an 8GB 200x Class 10.

The PC was recognising my 8gb but now isn't. It momentarily recognised the 4gb then stopped. I've done troubleshooting, looked for updated drivers, checked is all enabled, tried a different file pat but am now stumped. This PC was purchased about a month ago, is Windows 10 & has just done a big update this morning (!!). Thanks

@DWNZ,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you checked using a different SD card?

While you respond to that, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

This is a new PC & the first time I tried to upload from SD cards was yesterday. Have tried 2 different cards. One of them is from my own camera & will read if I connect the camera. Started to read from the card then wouldn't recognise it when I tried again later in the day.

Otherwise is working as expected. Will try the diver update as suggested. Thanks
