HP Z6 G4 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The PC just won't start his BIOS.

How can I reset the BIOS in such a way that it WILL boot his BIOS?

Kind Regards

Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick F9 from that popup menu.

Noep, didn't work.

The problem cames after I disabled all the PCIe slots's BIOS's.

So now the PCIe slots are in a state that it's BIOS's are disabled.

When I boot the PC it give me no screen, and I need to get into the BIOS/UEFI, to change the PCIe slots BIOS's.

Kind Regards, WIBOLL.

If the method I gave does not give the popup menu, then I cannot help.  Maybe, that would most likely mean the keyboard is not recognized.  If the keyboard is a USB type, change to a PS/2 keyboard and try using the method I described above, again.

Otherwise, I know of no way to enter the BIOS.

No It didn't helps, so I called HP Support and a case is made for this problem.

I followed this procedure too but no result. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3966820-3438449-16

The screen stays blank/black.

Hmmmm.  Looking at all the items in that post and it did not recover, then it would seem it is beyond a Do-It-Yourself and it probably needs to be replaced.  Sorry

I HOPE that it is still recoveable bij HP.

I logged a case and I did already a lot on what they proposed to do, but still nothing.

A 2nd HP Z6 G4 cost me still a lot........

A HP Z6 G4 is a business class PC.  Depending on the configuration, it can be still expensive even as used.

Especially it it has 2 X Intel® Xeon CPU's

Hopefully HP will either solve the problem or repair it (I assume it to be not under warranty, anymore)

Good Luck.  Please post back if the issue is solved.
