My Wi-Fi icon on my laptop has disappeared. Now I am not able to connect my laptop to the Wi-Fi. Please help me solve this situation as soon as possible. It is affecting my work.

If it is affecting your work you should quickly go out and purchase a USB WIFI dongle so you can use the laptop to work.

I believe in having a backup plan and having a USB WIFI dongle give you one..

Once you have done that you can move on to resolve the built-in WIFI issue.

Check in the device manager in the Network adapter section to see if the wifi adapter is still present.

That was probably a recent Windows update that may have caused the installed adapter driver to stop working.

Use the Windows wireless troubleshooter to resolve the issue.  Type wireless troubleshooter in the search box and click on the troubleshooting app that appears.

You may need to reinstall the wifi driver that is available at the driver and software portal for your notebook.

It would have helped if you had included the Windows OS version that you have installed in your laptop.
