Hello @Jlin7269, I am the @Chimney_83. It looks like you were interacting with @MKazi, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.
Thanks for the reply, is the computer is not booting or powering up. Please try the steps suggested in this HP Guided Troubleshooter.

I am having a similar issue with the Pavilion P7-1534...I was able to connect the display to the HDMI port on my laptop to access this site, etc. but seriously do not understand how I can run any diagnostics on the Pavilion without a DISPLAY???
