My HP FX900 Pro 4TB NVMe Gen 4 Gaming SSD - PCIe 4.0, 16 Gb/s, M.2 2280, 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid Sta... stopped working and is not recognized by my computer. I need to file a warranty claim but your online system doesn't recognize the serial number. what should I do??
