HP Compaq Elite 8300 Convertible Minitower

I get 5 short beeps after replacing and restting CMOS battery. I know I used a CR2032. Fans Spin up to full after 15 sec. I get no screen output. I don't have the original hard drive. I am Frustrated.

BIOS beep codes are an indication of a hardware error. Here is the user guide for that PC

Starting on page 302 then on page 303 are the beep codes for that model.  According to that chart Red Power LED flashes five times, once every second,followed by a two second pause. Beeps stop after fifth iteration but LEDs continue until problem is solved. Possible Cause - Pre-video memory error.
