Hi! My desktop computer will not pass the hp bios update, I already tried recovering the bios using the key combination of windows + B and starting the compute, but it’s not working, it’s takes me to the screen of bios update, goes through the whole process and restarts the bios over and over and over again, now I have read about the following steps of recovering the CMOS but it looks like it’s something internal, the picture says to press the reset button? I cannot open my computer, is there any other way? My computer is still under warranty but when I connect to the agent on HP y let them know I want to talk to a live agent and it’s telling me that the live agent will be from India, in English, but that the operating hours are from 9 am and on, it’s already 11 am and it’s telling me no one can help me right now because they are closed 🤔 please help!

I understand that you are unable to update the BIOS.
Have you tried with Set up the BIOS update on a USB flash drive?
