Hi,
Try CSM BIOS setting to check for a good POST. Change BIOS from Secure Boot to Legacy support before installing the 710.
See this Link for details. Scroll down to "What if the computer does not boot properly after installing new hardware".
Should have checked your PC's specs. I don't see UEFI BIOS support for your PC.
I don't think the 710 will run on a Legacy BIOS.

Hi @Venom45
Been thinking about your last post.
It is always a good idea to uninstall current graphics card drivers (Intel, AMD, or Nvidia) until you are using Windows graphics drivers before installing a new graphics card. This process may require multiple uninstalls unless you were doing clean graphics card driver updates on the old card.

I did tried uninstalling intel hd graphics still same issue. I saw for many people Gt710 worked in same pc spec I don’t know why for me it’s isn’t working. Can you give me any other tip to find the problem pls.
Also anyway to check if my pc supports UEFI mode as for me secure boot configuration mood option not showing

Hi,
Everything I have looked at suggests the 710 requires a UEFI BIOS unless the specific card has a Dual BIOS switch to support Legacy BIOS.
I don't know what else to tell you.
Look at a Nvidia 600 series card for compatibility.

hi @Venom45
Maybe a different forum member can assist.
Yes, I do think the BIOS version is the problem. Everything I have looked at suggests the Nvidia 700 series graphics cards require a UEFI BIOS unless the specific card has a Dual BIOS switch to support a Legacy BIOS.
I checked your PC's HP Support site. The latest supported Windows operating system is W8 64 bit. There is no BIOS update for your PC using this operating system. Plus HP is not offering HP UEFI BIOS Diagnostics for your PC. Only the HP Legacy Vision Diagnostics is offered for download.
HP shows a W7 64 bit BIOS update from 2011. I don't think you can install a W7 BIOS update when running W10.
I pretty sure HP UEFI BIOS MBs started selling in 2012 or 2013. So, I am concluding your PC is using a Legacy BIOS.

Yes I am using a legacy bios. But only question for me is the same gpu or even gtx 1030/1050ti are working good in same spec pc for others. You can check YouTube many people posted videos on their upgrade. But only I am facing problem as wild is not booting up if I plug gpu. I will be really happy if you give me some more help to solve this problem pls sir 😭
