Product: HP Pavilion Elite HPE-150t CTO Desktop PC

The external USB drive on my desktop was never working properly--it was difficult to use.  A while back, it literally fell out of the tower.  I can't put it back.  I want to buy new part for it.  I don't really want to buy new tower (tight money).  Product Name BN474AV-ABAHPE-15OT  Product Number BN474AV#ABA.

 

Any hints as to where to buy or what the product number would be?  I am totally lost trying to find this information.

Go to the below site and put in your serial number. 

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer

 

Look for "connector" and "usb" and you should see three types of USB connectors

Google each of those part numbers and see if they are what you need.  For example, the middle one

Hmm - That is not the type that would fall out. Maybe the 517181-001 one
