HP TP01-2165Z Pavilion

For some reason my new Pavilion has been set up by HP with a C drive  with 256GB and a D drive with 1.8TB of storage.  I have noticed everything installed on my PC goes to the C drive and it is already 25% full.  Nothing..NADA.. zippo is going to the D drive where all the storage is.  Is that right or is it a problem?    How can I use the D drive with all that room fo stuff?

Your machine has DUAL storage. C: is for system files and normally 😧 is for user data/files.  At this stage, by default all data/files are on C: and this will be full any time.  Please change default user files to 😧 using

Thank you much  banhein for your suggestions.  I researched this issue and learned that Windows 11 is pretty smart. My new PC has dual drives.  in its Win 11 SETTINGS function there is a STORAGE option that allows me to set up the exact drive where I want documents/music/pictures/videos data to go.  Everything was set by HP to go to my C drive.  All I had to do was change those items drive location to D and move that data from C to D.  All is well so far. Thank you again for helping me.
