My pc is a OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-0xxx and i thinking of gettitng a 4060ti would this pc handle that graphics card and how many more fans can i add and can i add a cooler

Yes, as long as your Omen 25L is fitted with at least a 500-watt power supply, it can handle an RTX 4060 Ti.
