Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i can no longer retrieve data that is on the second hard disk. however, the second hard disk is connected to the PC. my second hard disk is called TOSHIBA DT01ACA300 and has worked for 5 years. What should I do?

I suggest trying the Toshiba HDD recovery utility at the EaseUS  web page at the hyperlink below.

Toshiba is the only hard drive manufacturer I have ever known to provide links to third party data recovery from their disks on their company web page.

I suggest trying to recover your data and going with a different brand. SSD products are much more reliable than legacy HDD products.
