Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i bought a used omen pc without a cpu on the used market.(pc flip) but after i innstalled the cpu i could not make the stock cooler fit. After a while i found this website and saw other people have the same problem as me. One guy said you needed a Intel mounting bracket however some other guy said that would not work since the cooler would not have good contact with the cpu. So What should i do and What dose HP use. Do they use Intel mouting brackets ?
