My wireless mouse doesn't work.

I was installing a Microsoft wireless keyboard when I accidentally deleted my wireless mouse.  Now, I can't add back the deleted mouse because I need the mouse to designate "Add Bluetooth or other device".

What to do?

@dubina

I reviewed your post and I understand that the wireless mouse is not working on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you restart the computer and the driver should get installed automatically as the mouse is a plug and play device.

In case if the mouse is still not getting detected, then follow the steps in the below article.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
