Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wish to add a SSD to my system, and when looking for which type, i cant seem to find a clear cut answer on how to tell if your mobo is NVMe compatible. I have a Thimphu-K motherboard (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05369438) on my HP OMEN 870-244. Which kinds of SSD's can i use? Also, while looking at SSD's what should i be looking for in terms of size, connectors, etc? Thank you!
