HP AIO 20-C020

I just moved and accidentally threw away the AC adapter for my HP AIO 20-C020.  I need a replacement, but cannot find a product with clearly indicated compatibility.  The watts/voltage/amps are easy enough, but I can't seem to determine the connector tip diamter anywhere.  By measuring, it looks to be about 7.5mm, but I cannot find an HP compatible adapter with that tip diameter.  Universal adapters all appear to be desigend for laptops.

The CWK adapter that lists this model as compatible only has 18.5V output, but the model requires 19.5V.  Is this adapter still compatible?

Can anyone recommend a replacement AC adapter that is compatible with this model?

Hi:

Below is the link to the parts list for your model.

http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=V8P23AA

The problem is that it shows several different part numbers and descriptions.

The two listed in the middle of the page seem to be your best bet.

One has a straight connector, and one has a right angle connector.

That seems to be the only difference.

These are the two I am referring to.

If you can remember if the adapter you had was the one with a straight in connector or an angled one, then you are probably good to go.

852159-800      A/C Adapter - GNRC, 65W SmtnPFC N-Slim Rt. Barbera (right angle connector)

924847-800      A/C Adapter - GNRC, 65W, Smart nPFC Straight Barrel

Then it is just a matter of doing a search by the part number.

You can get either one from HP at the link below, but you may want to see if you can get one cheaper than $62.00.

https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/default.aspx

They will not include the power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter.

If you need the power cord as well, it is also listed on the link above...

213349-009    Power cord (Black) - 3-wire conductor, 1.0m (3.2ft) long - Has straight (F) C5 connector (North America)
