@DukyKoug,

Yes, that would be the right processor: Ryzen 7 5700G.

For literally just a few bucks more, you could purchase a dual fan RTX 4060https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-128-bit-Graphics-ZT-D40600H-10M/dp/B0CCST62N5/ref=sr_1_6?crid=3..., which is a much newer design, has a lower TDP (115-watt) than an RTX 3060 (170-watt) AND is more powerful than an RTX 3060: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-4060-vs-Nvidia-RTX-3060/4150vs4105.

I know it's been a while but I finally got everything put in my PC and got it all working!

After realizing I had the wrong CPU, I returned it and took some time to really make sure I had the right parts and whatnot.

I finally got around to getting everything in and working today, and it all works great, no problems with anything!

In hindsight, I definitely should've done more research before upgrading my PC (especially cause it's a prebuilt), but you have helped a TON  and I've learned a lot, thank you so much for taking the time to help me with this.

@DukyKoug,

That's fantastic news! I'm so glad to hear that you got everything sorted out and that your PC is up and running smoothly. It sounds like you’ve learned a lot throughout the process, and that’s what really matters -every upgrade is a chance to pick up new skills!

Prebuilts can sometimes be a bit tricky to work with, but you handled it like a champ. Thanks so much for the kind words; it means a lot to know I could help. Enjoy your upgraded PC, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever have questions or need advice again!

Kind Regards,
