Hi all, I have a HP SSD (PN: 2DP98AA) purchased from Staples that is bad, and still covered under the 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, though I have registered this product, I cannot get the warranty checkup to recognize it so I can get a RMA started, and cannot figure out how to get a hold of support either. The virtual chat agent is not working, and the warranty lookup isn't working because it says it doesn't recognize the SN. Please, any help is much appreciated!

Did the drive come in a computer you bought or did you buy it by itself? If purchased in a system then you need to use the serial number of the computer. If the drive was purchase alone, you will need to talk to a tech support as components are not always listed in the warranty look up.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.

Hello, I bought this drive standalone at Staples. It was not part of the system. Yes, I do believe I need to talk to tech support. I just cannot get a hold of them because this serial won't get past the warranty lookup in order to get a hold of technical support. I tried the virtual agent but it just keeps redirecting me to the warranty lookup.
