Need VESA adapter for HP ENVY 27inch display

Hello,

I apologize if this is the incorrect board to post this too but I was unable to figure out where I should. I recently purchased 2 HP ENVY 27inch displays and I want to mount them on a VESA mount. After openiong my product up I noticed that I did not receive the advertized mount adapters that would allow me to do this. I have contacted the live chat option who then referrenced me to the HP shopping team who I called and talked to about this. They then told me to come on the forum and post here for more support. Again I am just looking for two of these adapaters so I may be able to mount this on a VESA monitor mount. Please let me know any way I can get this accomplished.

Was this a promotional offer made at the local store or the HP website?

(if it was the local store, please refer to the store to get the missing parts)

I purchased both of the monitors through amazon and it was noted that they would be in the package upon receiving them. If you are unable to replace them due to them being bought through amazon I can understand. I just really need two of these adapters so I can mount these monitors and am willing to pay for them. Please let me know how I may accomplish this.

If you haven't Contacted Amazon regarding the same, please do, as they should help get these parts without any additional costs as its a part of the offer they made, that said, you can also purchase it through any local store or Amazon as well,

As an HP employee, I cannot refer you to a 3rd party website via a link as such, 

However, you can always search or look up the words - "hp 27 VESA mount" on google search and you should find what you are looking for.

Thank you for the reply. I have contacted  Amazon but have not received a response back from them. Also when I search for these mounts through google im shown more than one type of VESA mount so I am not sure which adapter is needed for the monitors. I finally came here to HP to see what the product looks like and to  purchase them if my other avenue dont yield anything. Do you have a direct link to the product through your website so I may purchase them if I wanted?

Sorry for the slow reply. I looked through the store but did not see any mounts that matched that picture. When checking google or amazon most the mounts seemed to not be capatable with the HP Envy. Do you have a link to the item the store?
