I cannot get into contact with any HP agent through the chat no matter what I do. It seems HP does not keep their product pages up to date cause there is nothing on the SSD EX900 M.2 250GB page and no warranty info. The warranty on my box says 3 years, and my M.2 drive is faulty. I need a replacement sent, but need to talk to a real agent. HELP

Welcome to HP support community.
Run Extensive system test to check for hardware failures.
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once, or Loop until error. While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are shown on the screen.
If the test fails,I request you to talk to HP support.
