This is the web document with the information that you need to know about your HP motherboard.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05786915
AMD A9-9400 (Stoney Ridge), the AMD A6-9200 (Stoney Ridge), the AMD A4-9120 (Stoney Ridge), and the AMD E2-9000 (Stoney Ridge) Dual Core processors only. The processor that is shipped with your model is soldered and is not upgradeable.
According to the HP document, the processor is soldered onto the motherboard, which makes it not upgradeable by the average person.
You can install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware. The only problem will be finding drivers for the motherboard. Some drivers will be installed by Windows 11 automatically, others will be very difficult, and sometimes impossible to locate. Good luck!

I am aware of that.
You can try the methods suggested in the videos with your current hardware.
If they are not viable and you still want to use Windows 11, then you really don't have options other than to source a PC with Windows 11 compatible hardware.
Take a read of the Microsoft document at the link below to see what your next PC will need to have as its processor (CPU).
