Need a new CPU fan (with heat sink; 60mm, 4-wire, screw type mount.  Have not been able to find a source for one. Any help with this? Thanks~

I recommend that you enter your PC's product number in the search window at the link below, get the CPU fan/heatsink HP part number for your PC, and search for the part that way.

You have a HP ProDesk 405 G2 Microtower PC

I found the part number you need:

HP PartSurfer

745054-001

Processor fan/heat sink assembly (95W)

If you click to expand the list of PCs the heat sink is used in and select by groups of 50, the Prodesk 405 G2s with the A8 processors are listed on page 13.

That still leaves the problem of where to buy one, but now you have a part number to search with.

HP does not sell the part.
