I need to know if there is a way to e mail tech support about a new computer. My new 32 inch ency is just having issues nothing specfic yet but I have a feeling something is going to break soon. just did a 3-hour tech support call ti get the computer back after the last windows update caused a blue screen.
Lightroom ( I am a commercial Photographer} and lightroom is always giving me a message that the application is running slow would you like to close it or wait. I wait and a few seconds later it's back. this never happened on any of my older machines.
Today I just opened a folder from a USB drive with a few PDF files and the screen did this weird flickering for a few seconds while the files oped. The person with me said that all about. That's what I want to know.
Anyway, I would like an e mail trail and not these crazy chatbot trails. So if something major happens I have a record of what's going on.

HP Support does not accept email case submission.
Additional Information
We have to use the support options provided for the region in which we live.
Generally, though not always, this means submitting the case online.
I would guess, depending on the region and the available options, and after you contact HP using the provided methods, you could ask the Representative assigned to your case whether he / she / they are able to continue the case via email (as opposed to phone or chat).
The process is the same for everyone...
Not sure if you can open a case for "something might be wrong".
That said, it is worth doing so when you have exhausted other avenues to resolve the issue(s).

Reminders
- Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.
- Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
- HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are generally not accepted.
- If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
- HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked.
Out of Warranty? What to do...
For the rest of us "Out of Warranty" people, submitting a case to HP is not an option.
HP Support does not generally provide free service for out-of-warranty devices.

Warranty Check – Single or Multiple Devices
NOTE: Warranty date is updated after purchase and registration of the device.
If the device is not registered, or if there are other issues, submit a Warranty Dispute form.
NOTE 2: If the single-system-check fails to find your device, use the "multiple devices" method to
check single or multiple devices.
- If necessary, Select your Country on the main website page or at the bottom (click Flag)
- Scroll down > To the right of Check multiple warranties, Click Continue
- Enter the Serial Number and Country for one or more devices / systems to be checked
- Check the box to verify you are "Not a robot"
- Click Submit (at bottom of list entries)
- When the page opens, Click View Details
