HP All in One 20-e014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need instructions to upgrade HP All in One 20-e014 memory from 4GB to 8GB but have not been able to find them.

Please share video or instructions on how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

If you look at the section titled "Memory upgrade information" you will see that the maximum amount of memory is 4 GB.  This is what came with the computer.  There is no way to upgrade any further.

Since I assume you already have the 8 GB memory module in hand, you may as well try it out.

 

You remove the 4 GB memory module and replace it with the 8 GB memory module.

 

I have a pretty good feeling that 8 GB of DDR3L 10600 memory will work, despite the specs.

 

The Intel processor specs indicate your PC's processor will support 8 GB of memory.
