I need instructions to upgrade HP All in One 20-e014 memory from 4GB to 8GB but have not been able to find them.
Please share video or instructions on how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

@s31319 , welcome to the Community.
Here is the Product Specifications page for the AIO: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-20-e000-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/8499675/model/8629535/d...
If you look at the section titled "Memory upgrade information" you will see that the maximum amount of memory is 4 GB. This is what came with the computer. There is no way to upgrade any further.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Hi, @s31319
Since I assume you already have the 8 GB memory module in hand, you may as well try it out.
You remove the 4 GB memory module and replace it with the 8 GB memory module.
I have a pretty good feeling that 8 GB of DDR3L 10600 memory will work, despite the specs.
The Intel processor specs indicate your PC's processor will support 8 GB of memory.
