Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000i RCTO Base Models (LaprasI)

My computers fans and LEDs turn on and immediately back off after installing my new CPU I use a OMEN 25L GT15 I upgraded from an Intel i7 12700 to an Intel i7 13700K I need to know my motherboard specs and I believe the issue may have something to do with compatibility or the CPU not getting enough power.

Specs before upgrade:

Intel i7 12700

 GeForce RTX 3060 12GBDDR6

2x16GB DDR4 RAM

1TB M.2 SSD

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Per HP, at this Site, your PC has the BlizzardL MB. Look at Product Specs, Components.

 

The BlizzardL MB does not support Intel "K" processors.

 

Check this Link for BlizzardL CPU support.
