It's the exact same model so I don't know how it could be different.
The parts list for the serial number you posted indicates it comes with a MonkD motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 3 3250U processor and that motherboard with that model processor has two memory slots.
Motherboard specs:
HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, MonkD | HP® Support
Memory upgrade information
- Dual channel memory architecture
- Two DDR4 SODIMM (260-pin) sockets
- Supports up to PC4-19200 (DDR4-2400)
- Supports 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB DDR4 SODIMMs
It actually should support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-2400 MHz memory chips as the Crucial memory report for the model indicates.

If you insist that it only has one memory slot, then a single 16 GB DDR4-2400 CL17, or DDR4-3200 CL22 memory chip should work.
If you look at this eBay listing of the motherboard your PC comes with you will see that one memory bank is on top of the other, so I would take a real hard look at your PC's motherboard because you may be overlooking the second slot that is there.
