I open up my computer and noticed that it says the HP PC Hardware and I can't get it off my screen I don't know what happened I need some help I'm not no computer scientist

Can someone please help me with my computer window 10 I need some help it's on a test and I tried everyone and it's not letting me go to the main menu I'm not a computer with but I do need some advice
