Hello I just installed a Geforce RTX 3060 and it needs power connected to run it and my current power supply doesnt have any extra power connections, what power supply should I upgrade to in order to power my new GPU?

There is a PSU and GPU upgrade table provided by a venerable forum member, who is up in the clouds, that covers your question.
Here is a source for the 500W PSU that is mentioned in the table
A 500W PSU will be enough, but Nvidia recommends 550W as a minimum.
