Hi:

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

All intel notebook processors starting with the 5th gen core processors are integral parts of the motherboard.

Hi Paul !
Thanks for the answer.

Is it possible to change motherboard if not able to upgrade the processor for i3 version.
Could you please guide me on this ?

You're very welcome.

It may be possible but since HP does not have a service manual for your notebook, I have no idea what motherboards were offered in the 15-di0xxx model series.

It may use the same motherboards as the 15-da0xxx model series but since I am not 100% sure I cannot advise you on that.

Also, I hope that you are aware that it will cost you several thousand Rs to do an upgrade like that and it IMHO, it would be an extremely unwise investment on your part.

Your better off selling or trading in your notebook and buying one with a newer and better processor that supports Windows 11.
