My ENVY desktop shut down during use.  Was able to restart, but after a day two would not restart. I will get a new computer, but I would like to remove the hard drive before I dispose of the old one. I have removed the sticker on the bottom, but there  are no screws at all. How do I open it up?  Since I can power it up there is no way to delete data except removal of the hard drive.

Hard to read from the sticker since I remove it, model# 27b255qd, serial# 2TK949097H

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help you with getting to the hard drive.

 

There are no manuals or videos I could find.

 

From a combination of these two discussions, you may be able to figure it out.
