My 300 watt power supply is dead. The green light just flashes...will not turn the machine on.
Power supply:
CT: 5DLMV0FM56L6D2
Rohs 50-60hz
Not to exceed 103 watts
max output 300watts 300w@25 deg C
260watts 250w@50 deg C
My machine is a: HP Pavilion 500-336 PC
4th Gen core i3-4130 processor
1 tb hard drive
HD graphics 4400
What size replacement can I get to upgrade/replace the 300 watt?
Will a 400 watt work? Can you suggest one that is compatible?
Much appreciated.

Your PC uses a standard ATX PSU. YOu can use 400W and even higher if you want.
Corsair makes some solid PSU units. I suggest looking at their modular 80+ models for your PC.
See this at NewEgg.com for some examples of PSU units that are compatible with your PC. I set the filter to show PSU units that are compatible.
