a bios update may not be available, and may not resolve your problem
A bios update for what? we don't read minds here and also lack the ability to remotely place our eyes in front your computer, as such you need to supply the MAKE/Model of your system or motherboard model number
your motherboard may have a hardware limitation in regards to the TLS chip and the installed CPU model series
if so nothing can be done hardware wise, however it may be possible to use a older windows 10 build install image (Pre 22H2) for the OS install and then update from that to the newest release
however i strongly recommend you simply replace the system with a newer system such as the HP z220/230 or the z240 tower models (skip the SFF models due to limited upgradeability)
the z240 is windows 10 compliant (and can be made to run win 11) and has support for booting from NVME SSD's
your current 32bit OS is no longer supported by many companies regarding driver support and the situation with win 10 32 bit is now also in the same boat, it's a 64bit world now so skip any 32bit OS as it's a dead end nowadays
