HP Recommended

After a power outage my HP Pavillion Desktop PC TP01 - 3016C is calling for a recovery code.  Problem is my keyboard will not type letters.  i tries a different keyboard with no success..  I cannot move past this point.. The computer just shuts down after a while.  Can anyone help?
