TouchSmart 320
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a TouchSmart 320 desktop, and to be able to run a program, I need the processor to be able to read SSE3 instructions. I am trying to install NDI Tools from Newtek, and it won't install, an error message comes up saying I need a processor capable of reading SSE3 instructions. The processor my pc has is AMD A4-3400 with radeon HD graphics. Do you know if I can upgrade the processor, and which one will do the job? Thank you very much.
