HP Recommended

Uninstalled it all, (back to Generic Bluetooth Radio) and rebooted. Tried installing the W7 package, but I got the same result: "The best drivers for your device are already installed." 

I sought advice from the manufacturer TP-Link, and they told me:

"In your case, the adapter for windows 10 computers are usually Plug and Play and the driver is installed automatically"

I guess that you will have to buy a different model. 

 

As I posted the other day, I recommend you buy a USB Bluetooth 5.0 adapter.
