Hello, New computer, Just unboxed Was bought via walmart online 6 weeks ago and it's missing the RAM, The Hard Drive and all the software. (Obiously if is missing the HD it's missing all the software.)

 

Machine is a HP- PAVilion 570-p023w

Serial number on bottom of computer is CNV81707XP

 

I was spouse to have a 1TB HD, 8GIG of RAM and 128 GB M2 Solid State drive. And unless wireless is build onto the mother board, it's missing that as well. Any way I could get the missing parts and software sent over to me??

 

Not returnable, as it'ss over the 30 day return....

On phone with HP. They said they are sending me a box to ship it back to fix it.
