HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-3000i (4M0K0AV)

I don't know if this is the right place but it was the best fit.

Last week I purchased a HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-3055xt.  I am having trouble with the DVD drive.  The door sticks when I try to open the DVD drive.  I have to wiggle the door with my finger before it will open.  It also does not work.  When I put in a disc, most of the time it just sits there and makes noise, like it is searching.  I wanted to see if it would start to work so I let it keep trying.  After a half hour I took the disc out.  I have tried multiple discs, multiple brands, some I had burned others were store bought pre-recorded discs.  

I have not been able to contact support about this.  How can I email or chat with support to get this issue repaired?

you can do it online also

1) Click on this link -
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.

Return to retail store if store has service

contact seller if second hand
