I’m concerned that my HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1165t will be underpowered to operate Microsoft’s Flight Simulator 2020 after upgrading 400w to 500w (L05757-800) PSU and installing a new RTX 3060ti GPU. I've been told that it is a very demanding program. Will over-heating, overclocking, etc. be a concern or problem? The CPU is an Intel i5-10400 with 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD & 1TB HDD Storage and Optical Drive. Thank you

hi

you are (or you will be) it seems to me well above the minimum configuration
So this should pass
you may need to change the graphics settings if there is a problem
Overheating for this type of computer is often a problem, so it is still possible indeed
overclocking, if possible with this model, is anyway a bad solution, I don't advise it
