When I install the AMD Radeon HD 7950 I get a black screen, no beep code, no led on the power button, all fans spin on the graphics card and in the case; it is this version : https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-R795WF3-3GD-rev10-20#ov
If I use my old AMD Radeon HD 7670 everything is fine.
I have the 600w psu. I have the 6 pin and 6+2 pin connectedWas wondering if anyone knew what the issue could be? Thanks in advance.

With the HD 7670 installed, delete all the installation files for that card.  Then install the HD 7950.  After it boots, you should be able to install the files for the new card.

I tried with the HD 7670 installed, deleting all the installation files for that card. Then installed the HD 7950. After it boots, same problem.

I also tried using a gtx 760 and got stuck on the bios screen and unable to load bios.

You have a Legacy BIOS machine, it can not support the  GTX 760's UEFIvBIOS
