Hello,

I want to upgrade my current computer with this new Video Card, the RX 480 (http://www.microcenter.com/product/466870/Radeon_RX_480_4GB_GDDR5_PCIe_Video_Card)

I would like to know If it is compatable and what computer parts I would need to complete this task.

New RX 480 4GB Video Card Upgrade

@MagicToast, welcome to the forum.

 

I believe the card will be compatible with your motherboard.  It will be a tight fit, but if you do some cable management it should be fine.  However, you will have to upgrade your power supply unit (PSU) to at least 600W.  The card requires at least 500W to run properly.  I like Corsair products.  If you buy a modular PSU it will allow you to use only the cables that are absolutely necessary to allow for better airflow.  A more powerful card will create more heat.
