Can I purchase a replacement dongle for my Envy AOI 27 b255qd keyboard/mouse? I would like to use them with another computer and upgrade my Envy with a back-lighted keyboard. Thanks.

@RichW11 , welcome to the forum.
I don't believe that HP sells dongles for their keyboards and mice. However, you may want to see if you can find a universal dongle and contact the manufacturer's Tech Support to see if they can tell you if it will work with your HP keyboard and mouse.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Hi Old_Geekster!
I'll bet I'm older than you though. Maybe I should go as ancient geekster
You are correct as I have found out from tech support. Would have to buy a new keyboard/mouse combo (with new dongle). Defeats the purpose. Next I try to find out the dongle/receiver interface (bluetooth, 2.4ghz, etc.) but that is for another day. Thanks for the reply and have a good day!

@RichW11, you are welcome. I am a HP guy all of the way, but have to build one more gaming computer before I quit. I am in the process of picking the components as I type. Stay young at heart, also.
