Product: TG-01
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new HP TG-01 with Ryzen 5 4600G and 2060 super is unable to run Ryzen Master. It says that the CPU is unsupported. I thought this only applied to mobile cpus? I'd like to use Ryzen Master to bring my replacement RAM from 2666 to 3200 (crucial ballistix 2x8 Kit.

This is most likely a software problem.  I suggest that you contact AMD's Tech Support to see if they can help you solve your problem.  They know how the app works internally and should be able to tell you what is causing the problem.
