All right: the "Motherboard Compatibility" description for the "Cooler Master MasterBox 540 Mid Tower Case - Black" makes me feel more confident that this could actually be a fit for your HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF motherboard.
Assuming this works, you would still need to use the aforementioned ATX power supply adapter to power this PC.

Welcome to our HP Community Forum!
Your HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF came with a proprietary HP 240-watt power supply which is not upgradeable.
That is, unless you are willing to wander off the HP Reservation, and use an ATX power supply adapter, as shown here:
Here is my HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF upgrade project showing you what you can do with this particular legacy HP desktop if you are so inclined: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Upgrading-HP-Elite-8300-SFF/m-p....
Even if there was an alternative (non-HP?) case available for your HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF, I wouldn't bother. If you need a larger case to fit a high(er) end graphics card, consider to purchase an HP Compaq 8300 Elite CMT or MT which will also afford you more space to apply the power mod I explained in my upgrade link.
Hope this was helpful.

Would it be possible? -Probably, yes. You will have to take time to communicate with whatever company sells the RGB glass-sided case, to make sure the rear and front I/O ports of an HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF motherboard line up/can function properly.

Well, I totally understand that you want to dress up your HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF, but I caution you that because HP manufacturers its own non-industry standard/proprietary motherboards etc., this case may not be compatible. As you can read in the "Aerocool Falcon V2 Mdi-Tower Tempered Glass - Black" product description: "Motherboards: ATX/micro ATX/mini-ITX", that's not what an HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF motherboard is, exactly.
What I would ask is simply this: "would an HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF motherboard work in your Midi case?"
