Microsoft Windows 11

Recently purchased this machine and love it, but all of a sudden it sounds like a jet taking off, When I look at the performance it shows the CPU is maxed out ... Any assistance would be much appreciated, I wanted to check before calling support since it is still under warranty.

1.  Bring up the win11 task manager, select performance and click on CPU to see what is hogging the power

2. Make sure you are not running in turbo mode all the time.  Be sure that %5 is the minimum.  You might try setting the maximum to %95 instead of %100 to kick the CPU out of the highest turbo mode.
