New hp 930 creator wireless mouse, invalid serial number

I recently purchased a new hp 930 creator wireless mouse, but I'm not able to customize it using hp accessories center, so I tried to contact hp support but not able to contact because of invalid serial number error.

I'm not able to add this product in hp Accessory Center, when I click on my product it redirects me on my pc's Bluetooth settings, but my mouse is already paired and also show in connected device list.
