Hello, this is my first post on this forum !
I would like to add a second SS2 m2 drive for working with big file on my HP omen 880 190nz desktop.
i think the only solution on this motherboard ( Tampa2 ) is to use a pci-e Adaptater. Motherboard info : https://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/c05950995
If i buy this drive : https://www.digitec.ch/fr/s1/product/samsung-970-evo-500go-m2-2280-ssd-8351214
and this adaptater : https://www.digitec.ch/fr/s1/product/icy-box-la-carte-pci-ib-pci209-prend-en-charge-2x-m2-ssd-vers-s...
it will work, and work to its full speed ?
do i have to configure in the bios? if so how to proceed?
Thanks in advance for your support !
Fabio

@Acub
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide accurate upgrade information, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Keep me posted for further assistance.
