I feel like my power supply is too low to run everything that I am upgrading in my system. Original power supply is 320watt without pcie power.
Original system:
Windows 7
Intel Pentium CPU G850 @2.9GHz
12GB DDR3 RAM
onboard video VGA
160GB Western digital Hard Drive
What I have upgraded to no problems:
cpu - same
ram - same
hard disk- same
video - AMD Radeon RX 560 2GB
After these components have been upgraded psu is running quite as before.
The problem i ran ran into is after changing Ram and hard disk the psu started running loudly and faster.
I upgraded the hard disk and ram to match what I want below;however, I have yet to install the cpu as I am afraid it could fail in the system immediately after install due to the psu running the way it is.
I want to know if there is another PSU out there that is compatible with this motherboard considering it doesn’t have the normal P1 power connector. The power supply looks exactly like this one: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F232700322970
What I want to upgrade to:
Intel i7-2600 3.4GHZ
16GB DDR3 Ram
1TB Sandisk Ultra SSD for gaming
4TB Seagate Storage
Video- AMD Radeon RX 560 2GB

It is a business class computer. Your stuck with that 320W PSU because those machines use proprietary motherboard power plugs. I like to call it a 6 by 4. The headers on the motherboard are the 6 (3x2) and the 4 (2x2). The third power plug is the P1, I believe it is an inline 7 pin.
Modern ATX power units do not support these style of plugs.

Hello, this is my first post here. I want to find out how you managed to install an AMD Radeon RX 560, because I have the exact same graphics card and computer, and I realized the stock PSU doesn't have a 6-pin PCIe connector. If you'd be so kind, how did you manage to install it without a PCIe connector? Did you use an adapter?

I can't remember which one I used, however, you have to get an adapter. One of the following links should help you out.

Hope this helps you out.

Thank you so much! (gave you a kudos) I feel like a complete idiot now because I returned the card unknowing that you had replied to me, and purchased a GTX 1050 Ti Low Profile. Although, now I know which adapter to look for in the future. Again, thank you for the reply.
