Excuse me, does the DVD work at some point? I ask because it is optional and you have to buy the DVD separately.

As you can see it says optional in the image.
If you have a DVD you should see it in Windows Explorer, then the icon is there and you click with the right mouse button, and the pop-up menu clicks on Open.
