Hi
Check, if the power supply is sufficient for this model
You must remove the graphics card, connect the screen to the motherboard port, in order to open the bios
and then retry the graphics card

Possibly clearing the CMOS will reset the motherboard to use legacy bios and recognized your video card.
This assumes there is a jumper. Do not remove the battery as the socket could easily break. Surely someone here has done this before. The HD7850 requires 130 watts and may not work properly as Prométhée suggested.

I am not an expert on UEFI or secure boot but my understanding is that Secure Boot prevents "insecure" things from happening if the hardware is changed.
I am guessing that to replace the video you must first disable secure boot. Reboot the system with the new (or older) video card, then re-enable secure boot.

sorry a links error, when i searched for your model
indeed not possible to use the computer without video card here
Intel® Core™ i5-10400F f version no graphic
It's hard to give you a graphics card model, which should work without changing the bios!
But your problem may be due to a graphics card that is too old, we have already encountered this several times here
Now, know your graphics card needs, but you could try this
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-desktop-pc-tg01-1000i/32480786/document/c070...
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
We can offer you to buy a cheap card, which could work, but power / quality / price ratio, it is disappointing
If possible, try to have it tested by a professional

It could work with any of these cards, but I can not guarantee it!
If you find a cheap one, try it, you may be able to return it, or then resell it.
if it can help while waiting to find better!
