No Input Signal to monitor, PC won't boot

After a BIOS update, my pc turns on, but, there's no signal to my  monitor.  Tried many troubleshooting solutions, none of them worked. Is my pc bricked????

I see that there is an issue with the PC hardware and may need repair. 

This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
